The Management Committee helps the Heads of School to lead the school. The Executive Head and the Heads of School are responsible for the day-to-day management and leadership of the school, whereas the Management Committee is the strategic arm of the school. Its role is to set out and monitor the aims and objectives of Robson House to ensure children are safe, have their needs met and receive a good standard of education.
The Management Committee is made up of members that include the Executive Head and the Heads of School and representatives of the local authority and community.
