Our work at a whole-school level includes:
- Support with identifying and clarifying SEMH needs and provision
- Advice on provision mapping for pupils with SEMH needs
- Support with identifying staff professional development needs
- Whole school training (e.g. Team Teach, Restorative Approaches)
- Supporting the transfer of skills/strategies
- Staff drop-in advice sessions
- Parent/carer support sessions
- Advice on school code of conduct/behaviour policy (encompassing positive handling, reward and sanction systems, whole school scripts, behaviour support plans)
- Playground management advice and strategies, including recommending resources and activities
- Advice on whole-school approach to developing social skills and emotional resilience e.g. Circle Time, Comic Strip Conversations, Social Stories, and emotional resilience programmes.
- Support for thinking about ethos with leadership teams
